Lauren & Nilesh - Missenden Abbey

What a colourful affair ....WOW ....Lauren & Nilesh didn't it look amazing!

Lots of happy gerbera teamed up with cerise roses and bright blue gentians.  The bridesmaids wore turquoise dresses...check out the photo's from Mark Sisley below.

Lauren & Nilesh's marriage took place in the stunning surrounds of Missenden Abbey...... and what an amazing blaze of colour they chose for the venue!  The favourite flower for both of them was the happy/vibrant gerbera.  We mixed these with cerise roses and electric blue gentians. Throughout the venue we used elegant martini vases filled with mixed gerbera and gypsophila.  The ceremony took place in the beautiful Garden Room of the Abbey.  In this room is a feature staircase which was decorated by a friend of the bride & groom with multi-coloured ribbons
and to this we added sprays of the gerbera........it looked fantastic.

Tania & Alan - The Dairy, Waddesdon Manor

A 'Perfect Day' for Tania & Alan.

Tania sent me a photo of the Bridesmaid's dresses and that set the scene for this fabulous wedding.  Beautiful pink/purple colours allowed us to use the wonderful Memory Lane roses, deep purple hydrangea and matching clematis.

Sheila & Peter - The Dairy, Waddesdon Manor

On 17th October a very special lady - Sheila - married her Peter at The DairyA beautiful day and an unseasonably warm October temperature greeted us at the start of the day.  Sheila was so easy to work with and her colour choice was fairly neutral and the selection of flowers was pretty much left to me.  Sheila had seen some amazing wedding flower photo's taken by Mark Sisley from a previous wedding which gave me an idea of her preferences.   Based on this we agreed to decorate The Dairy with pale pink roses and ivory hydrangea brought together with a lovely ruby red hypericum berry to give the whole ensemble a subtle autumn look.

Sheila chose a hand-tied bouquet of all white flowers - roses, stephanotis and alstromaria - with lots of diamante to compliment her fabulous wedding dress.  Her bridesmaid wore a lovely deep peacock blue gown and carried a hand-tied bouquet of ivory roses, alstromaria with viburnum berries to match the fabric.

The marriage ceremony took place in the Winter Garden which houses the fabulous stone urn that we filled with flowers and a full garland of matching flowers around the base.  The wedding breakfast took place in the West Hall.  The table centres consisted of a large ball of roses and hydrangeas placed on our tallest lily-vase.

Extract of feedback after the wedding - Sheila:  'What can I say, I was absolutely blown away with your floral arrangements.  They were absolutely fabulous.  You certainly pulled out all the stops! ......it was your flowers that got them talking ...they were just superb!!!'
